<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printing machine, which requires neither a significant machine modification nor the introduction of a new machine and can conduct a different printing system by replacement with a printing module assembly of a different printing system, and to provide a printing method for printing using the machine. <P>SOLUTION: A sheet feeder (2), a delivery (3), and a printing module (4) (three boxes) are disposed on a machine frame (1). This printing module (4) may comprise a combination of each printing module with any inspection module. The combination is determined depending upon product specifications. When there is a variation in machine length depending upon the module combination, a bracket (6) mounted on the sheet feeder (2) or the delivery (3) is moved backward and forward on the machine frame (1) by means of a hydraulic cylinder (7) to move the sheet feeder (2) or the delivery (3) for connection to the printing module (4). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
