<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flow regulator capable of accurately controlling the flow of fluid and easily and surely regulating the flow by suppressing a variation, with time, in the flow of the fluid such as infusion solution from a specified regulated flow. <P>SOLUTION: This flow regulator 1A comprises a tubular body 4 forming a flow passage, a flow passage control member 5 made of a hard material having one surface side 51 in which a control groove 53 having a cross section gradually varying along a longitudinal direction is formed and the other surface side 52 disposed in the tubular body 4 so as to be fitted to the inner surface of the tubular body 4, a support body 2 supporting the tubular body 4, and a working member 3 engaged with the support body 2 movably along the control groove 53 and having a pressing part 31 pressing the inner surface of the tubular body 4 against one surface side 51 of the flow passage control member 5.
