<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for depositing an exhaust gas cleaning catalyst, in which a manufacturing facility such as a freeze dryer and a step to manufacture a special carrier of the exhaust gas cleaning catalyst are not necessary and consequently the load imposed on these manufacturing facilities and the manufacturing man-hour can be reduced drastically, by which the exhaust gas cleaning catalyst can be deposited efficiently at the necessary positions of a three-dimensional structure and which has an excellent resource saving property. <P>SOLUTION: This method for depositing the exhaust gas cleaning catalyst comprises a catalyst depositing step to introduce the catalyst-containing exhaust gas obtained by mixing the exhaust gas cleaning catalyst in exhaust gas into the three-dimensional structure arranged in an exhaust gas flow passage and deposit the exhaust gas cleaning catalyst on the three-dimensional structure. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
