<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a learning-aid device for learning without being limited by time and place, and moreover, permitting to overcome a problem of omitting any part from a lecture. <P>SOLUTION: A base picture 30 displayed on a display 2 of a personal computer includes a contents display area 31, a text display area 33, and a voice reproduction control operating part 35.
