PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a processing time and a storage capacity of data when displaying a three-dimensional image. SOLUTION: An image display control device is provided with a control part 10 reading image data from character data ROM 12 or a three-dimensional image data ROM 15 according to scenario data, a two-dimensional image video processor 13, when the control part 10 reads the two-dimensional image data, of developing the two-dimensional image data, creating a two-dimensional image, and transmitting it to a screen buffer, and a three-dimensional image decoder part 14, when the control part 13 reads the three-dimensional image data, of developing the three-dimensional image data, creating a three-dimensional image without light source processing, developing difference image data corresponding to the three-dimensional image data on the three-dimensional image to create a composite image, and transmitting it to the screen buffer 19.
