PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a temperature difference in the width direction of a cylindrical part. SOLUTION: This rotor 11 is mounted to a rotating shaft 1 of an eddy-current speed reducer. A plurality of cooling fins 11b are provided on the outside circumference of the rotor 11. Each cooling fin 11b has an adjusting part 11d that makes its height lower than the other portion of the cooling fin 11a on the same circumference in the direction of the rotating shaft 1. As a result, a temperature difference decreases in the width direction of the cylinder. Subsequently, the change of the thermal expansion of the cylindrical part becomes uniform in the direction of the rotating shaft, and the deformation by strain can be controlled, thus improving durability.
