PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate a conventionally required bandpass filter on a previous stage and in addition, to simplify the configuration of a demodulation circuit itself. SOLUTION: A branch circuit 16 branches a signal obtained by multiplexing a high-speed side digital baseband signal and a low-speed side digital baseband signal into two same signals to input the two same signals to first and second demodulation circuits 19 and 20A. The first demodulation circuit 19 outputs a demodulated signal of the high-speed side digital baseband signal. In the second demodulation circuit 20A, an XOR circuit 201 multiplies a branched signal by the demodulated signal of the high-speed side digital baseband signal, a lowpass filter 202 eliminates high frequency components, and clock data reproduction circuit 203 shapes a waveform to thereby demodulate the low-speed side digital baseband signal.
