PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method capable of removing bubbles in a polymer solution, especially micro bubbles from the polymer solution, and as a result, reducing the amount of rejection caused by the bubbles in production of contact lenses. SOLUTION: The method removing bubbles from the viscous polymer solution (P) containing dissolved gas smaller than the saturation limit, is a method to add a superatmospheric pressure which dissolves the gas wrapped in the bubble of the viscous polymer solution (P), to the viscous polymer solution (P).
