PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce cost when a mounting member is provided and simultaneously save efforts and widely secure movable range of a mounting angle. SOLUTION: Structure arranges two second mounting rail parts 20 equi-wide and strip-shaped formed to extend in vertical direction on the base of a storage box. It vertically lines up a plurality of rail attaching holes 21 which attach both ends of first mounting rail parts 15 to each of the second mounting rail parts 20 in identical pitch T2. It lays the two first mounting rail parts 15, 15 formed horizontally to elongate between the second mounting rail parts 20, 20 at desired distance. Each of the first mounting rail part 15 is constituted of a rod part 14 and a rectangular-like mounting small plate 17 provided on both ends of the rod part 14. It horizontally lines up a plurality of angle attaching hole 16 which attach both ends of a mount angle 1 to each of the rod part 14 in identical pitch T1.
