PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a transparent cosmetic composition making the hair easily disentangled, and capable of imparting suppleness and luster to the hair. SOLUTION: The cosmetic composition is obtained by mixing at least one silicone having quaternary ammonium group(s) and at least one liquid fatty alcohol into a cosmetically acceptable medium. The silicone preferably develops any one of colors (I) to (IV). A saturated or unsaturated linear or branched 8-30C fatty alcohol is exemplified as the liquid fatty alcohol. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
