PURPOSE: A system and a method for collectively managing a mileage point on the on/offline are provided to compatibly manage the mileage point obtained on the online through a game realized on an online map and obtained on the offline by buying goods. CONSTITUTION: A server(130) stores receives registration from a user(110) and a member shop(170), and stores it in a user and mileage database(120) and a member shop database(140). A map editor(160) makes the online map by the registers member shop information and stores it in a map database(150). In case that the users visiting the member shop through the online carries out an activity for shopping, buying a game item, or clicking an advertisement banner, the member shop gives the mileage point to the users. The server stores the mileage point to the user and mileage database by adding to the user's current mileage point registered on the user and mileage database. In the case that the user visits and buys an article by visiting the member shop through the offline, the mileage point is given to the user. The mileage point is used on the member shop of the online map or the offline afterwards.
