PURPOSE: A combination structure for a Braun tube of a video display device is provided to reduce the size of a front cabinet and a rear cabinet by fixing a Braun tube to the front cabinet through a middle cabinet, thereby reducing the size of a monitor. CONSTITUTION: A front cabinet(3') includes bosses(4') at four corners. A Braun tube(1') is combined with an inner part of the front cabinet. A rear cabinet(6') covers the Braun tube from the rear. A middle cabinet(7) is formed between the Braun tube and the rear cabinet. The middle cabinet includes combination parts(8) having through holes at each corner corresponding to each boss of the front cabinet. A plurality of ribs are formed at the corners of the middle cabinet to be contacted with external surfaces of the corners of the Braun tube to adhere the Braun tube closely to the front cabinet.
