<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel injection device, compatibly achieving inner pressure controllability in an accumulator and supply pump driving efficiency in a more stable manner. <P>SOLUTION: An electronic control unit (ECU) 46 controls the inner pressure of a common-rail injection system 25 with change-over between metering control by a throttle valve 34 and pressure reducing control by a pressure reducing valve 37. In the ECU 46, the change-over between the metering control by the throttle valve 34 and the pressure reducing control by the pressure reducing valve 37 is based on condition that no fuel injection from an injector 23 into a cylinder 13 is carried out. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
