PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electromagnetically vibrating diaphragm pump for miniaturizing the whole pump. SOLUTION: This electromagnetically vibrating diaphragm pump has an electromagnet part for oppositely arranging electromagnets in a frame, a vibrator inserted into a void part between the electromagnets and fixing a magnet, a diaphragm fixed to left-right end parts of the vibrator and a pump casing part for supporting the diaphragm. A suction valve and a delivery valve in the pump casing part are arranged in mutually opposed side parts of the pump casing part. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
