<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet comprising a biodegradable resin with excellent resistance to low temperature, and moldings and carrier tapes using the sheet. <P>SOLUTION: The biodegradable resin contains a polylactic acid-based polymer, an aliphatic polyester having a glass transition temperature of -40°C or below, and an electrically conductive agent. The mixing ratio of the polylactic acid-based polymer to the polyester is 50 to 90 wt.% to 10 to 50 wt.%.
