PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To wrap a wall with greens of plants by uncollapsibly maintaining a plant growing layer on a plant ungrowing greening unsuitable wall surface such as a concrete retaining wall and base rock. SOLUTION: A lower layer base of collecting pit sand, a water retentive agent and leaf mold by a cement adhesive is fixed to the greening unsuitable wall surface by the cement adhesive, and an upper layer base of collecting the water retentive agent and the leaf mold by the cement adhesive is fixed to a lower layer base surface by the cement adhesive. Upper-lower bases are reinforced by the extension of the roots of the plants planted on the upper layer base so that the planting unsuitable wall can be planted. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
