摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a video signal processing device, capable of reproducing colors of a video signal in the SECAM system with satisfactory image quality, using a small-scale of a circuit. SOLUTION: This video signal processing circuit is provided with a noise/color control circuit 33a in a SECAM circuit 3, and a color control circuit 43a in an RGB circuit 5. When an RF signal of the SECAM system is input, an AGC (automatic gain control) voltage generating circuit 13 outputs a voltage fluctuating, depending on the size of the electric field strength. The circuit 33a converts this voltage into a current and outputs a current signal making the strength of the electric field intensity of the RF signal fluctuate. The circuit 43a allows a control current according to a previously set color level to fluctuate in response to a current signal from the circuit 33a, and controls the gain of a color/unicolor circuit 42 in the following stage. Thus, even when the electric field strength of the RF signal, corresponding to a video signal in the SECAM system, is weak, color reproduction with less color noise can be realized by making the color thin.
