PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively utilize the existing infrastructure to enhance the convenience of users for telephone boxes. SOLUTION: The system for providing communication apparatuses to the user in a communication apparatus providing box 1 utilizing a telephone box provides the communication apparatus providing box 1, wherein any or all of a telephone set, a facsimile machine, a computer, a liquid crystal display apparatus, a printer, and a scanner are installed, to the user and enables the communication apparatus providing box 1 to be connected to a plurality of databases 7 via a network 5.
