PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the determination on whether a waterproof sheet is securely stuck to a sticking member or not, in a method for sticking the waterproof sheet to the sticking member, from the upper part of the waterproof sheet. SOLUTION: In a waterproof sheet laying structure for sticking the rear surface of the waterproof sheet to the sticking member with heat, a solvent, or the like, in which the waterproof sheet is laid on the overall surface of a waterproof base, after the sticking member such as a disk having a sticking layer with the waterproof sheet is fixed on the upper surface thereof with a screw or the like in a required position of the waterproof base, it can be determined whether the waterproof sheet is stuck to the sticking member or not, by sucking with a sucker the surface of the waterproof sheet on the disk to pull the waterproof sheet. Namely, when the waterproof sheet is fully stuck to the sticking member, the waterproof sheet is not pulled up. When the waterproof sheet is not stuck to the sticking member, the waterproof sheet on the sticking failure part is pulled up. Thus, the degree of the sticking can be determined.
