PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anchor member capable of raising workability and reducing a construction cost. SOLUTION: The anchor member 1 comprises a rubber-made cylindrical elastic body 2, a hard spherical body 3 stored inside of the cylindrical elastic body 2, up and down hard plates 4 and 5 respectively mounted to both up and down end faces of the cylindrical elastic body 2 and an anchor bolt 7 for clamping the upper side hard plate 4 and an upper structure 6 of a construction. The anchor member 1 fixes the anchor bolt 7 for clamping the upper side hard plate 4 and the upper structure 6 of the construction to the upper side hard plate 4. Accordingly, in construction work, work mounting the anchor bolt 7 for clamping the upper side hard plate 4 and the upper structure of the construction is eliminated, and bolt clamping work for fixing the upper structure 6 of the construction to the upper side hard plate 4 of the anchor member 1 can be easily carried out.
