PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To recycle a packing can. SOLUTION: A detergent filling device (A) consists of a filling section (B) for detachably holding the packing can (5) for filling a detergent and compressed air from a spray nozzle (20) of the can (5), a detergent pressurizing and filling section (C) for sucking the detergent from a detergent feeding can (4) in which the detergent is reserved to fill the can (5) with the sucked detergent through the filling section (B), and compressed air feeding pipe systems (K1 to K6) for filling the packing can (5) with the compressed air supplied from a compressed air source (P) through the filling section (B).
