PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flower arrangement fastening implement which is placed in a container filled with water, capable of fixing flowers to the container filled with water simply by insert each of the flowers through a through-hole in an upper support plate and a through-hole in a lower support plate from the above in such a manner that a lower end of the flower reaches the container filled with water, capable of freely changing the form of flower arrangement by selecting the through-holes in the upper support plate and the through-holes in the lower support plate in a suitable relation, capable of easily fixing even soft flowers such as leaves or bines to the container filled with water, and capable of rearranging the flowers by fixing them by inserting them through the through-holes to rearrange the flowers in the same form. SOLUTION: The flower fixing device is equipped with the upper support plate 20 and lower support plate 10 having the through-holes 12, 22 of the necessary numbers, respectively, and these upper support plate and lower support plate are arranged in almost parallel with each other at a prescribed interval and combined by an intervening member 30.
