Methods, apparatus, and a system are provided for processing a sample in a fluidic device. The device can include a purification column, an entrance opening to the purification column, an output reservoir, a fluid communicati on between the purification column and the output reservoir, and an openable an d recloseable valve capable of interrupting fluid flow through the fluid communication. Methods of processing samples using such a device are also provided. |
