<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To use image formation conditions under which an image forming device always performs optimum image formation (process control). <P>SOLUTION: A managing device 4 sequentially stores state information received from each copying machine 1 in an information storage part 41, processes the state information stored in the information storage part 41 by using a neural network to determines optimum image formation conditions for image formation of the copying machine 1, and transmits the determined image formation conditions through a communication line 3 and a data communication device 2 to the object copying machine 1 to update image formation conditions. Further, the state information stored in the information storage part 41 is processed by using the neural network to predict abnormality or a fault of each copying machine 1 and the prediction result is transmitted to a terminal device 6 installed at a service base where the object copying machine 1 is managed through a communication line 5. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
