<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the occurrence of recognition error at reading by an OCR (Optical Character Reader) by printing a dropout color in an appropriate tone when printing a business form including the dropout color. <P>SOLUTION: The business form printing system 10 is equipped with a computer 12 and a printer 14. A storage device 16 of the computer 12 records a business form printing program 18, a business form definision file 20, a printing color conversion file 22, a line width conversion file 24, and a business form content file 26. The printing color conversion file 22 stores printing color conversion information for instructing a printing color to be instructed to the printer in order to print the dropout color for every type of printer. The business form printing program 18 prepares business form printing data based on the business form definision file 20, and then converts the printing color of the dropout color on the basis of the printing color conversion information on the printer type stored in the printing color convesion file 22. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
