<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a programmable logic circuit that flexibly corresponds to a plurality of operating modes without making its circuit scale large and to provide a computer system and a method for reconstructing the circuit data. <P>SOLUTION: This programmable logic circuit is provided with: a programmable logic part 3 that is rewritable; an operating mode setting part 4 for setting an operating mode change; an address selecting part 5 for acquiring an operating mode number from the operating mode setting part, referring to correspondence data between an operating mode number stored in an address setting part 7 and address information of the circuit data and acquiring the address information of circuit data that corresponds to the acquired operating mode number; and a circuit data writing part 6 for using the acquired address information to access a circuit data storage memory 8, reading circuit data of an area specified by the address information and reconstructing the circuit data in the program logic part.
