PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an input device, input method and input program enabling the input of information in a relatively narrow region and the input of information intended by a user.

SOLUTION: This input device for selecting input information and inputting the selected information comprises a designated position detecting means S110 for detecting a designated position; an input candidate information changing means S113 for changing information that is a candidate of the input information based on the transition of the instructed position; and an input information determination means S103 for determining the input information from the input candidate information.
