PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for an optical waveguide which is substantially simple in structure and hardly applied with mechanical stress and in which layers and materials of various conductors is provided on a flexible substrate. SOLUTION: An intermediate layer 8 made of an inorganic material is provided between a conductor layer 1 and a substrate made of a polymer and this intermediate layer prevents a considerably large quantity of energy parts from entering a polymer material with relatively high absorptivity.
