PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To mitigate social problems regarding security by suggesting a personal authentication method with high accuracy which can be introduced at a low cost and easily used, its device, its system, a personal authentication program and a storage medium and promoting introduction of personal authentication. SOLUTION: The personal authentication and its device is provided with an input means for allowing input of a plurality of symbols by an authenticating object person, an input characteristic detection means for detecting input characteristic information to appear at input time intervals by every symbol in input, a sound collection means for collecting voice of the authenticating object person, a sound volume characteristic detection means for detecting sound volume characteristic information to appear in change of sound volume in the voice, an input comparison means for comparing input authentication reference information to be a reference for authenticating the authenticating object person with the input characteristic information, a voice comparison means for comparing voice authentication reference information to be a reference for authenticating the authenticating object person with the sound volume characteristic information and an authentication means for authenticating individuals based on these comparison results.
