PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an installation method for a sheath and its installation device in which a tendon can be easily inserted without breaking it when tensing it. SOLUTION: In an installation method for the sheath in a prestressed concrete structure 7 in which a tendon 8 is arranged at the outside of the structure by making use of the sheath 5, concrete is placed to construct a structure and a sheath for an outer cable in which the tendon is inserted and a tension is introduced is installed at the outside of the structure. The installation device 1 of the sheath is constituted of a sliding guide 2, an arm 3 projecting from the guide, and a grip 4 holding the sheath provided in the arm.
