PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a highly stabilized oscillation circuit which is made to be small and inexpensive and can easily reduce jitters without any need for adding a dedicated circuit or component. SOLUTION: In this oscillation circuit for oscillating an SAW resonator, the SAW resonator and a first resistor are parallelly connected between the collector and the base of a transistor, a first capacitor is connected between the base and the emitter of the transistor, and in addition, a second capacitor is connected between the collector and the emitter of the transistor and connected to the collector side of the transistor from a power source through a second resistor for current limiting, wherein the emitter side is connected to ground.
