PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waterproofing structure of an operation button that has improved pressing touch and waterproofing capacity, is prevented from being easily removed by an external force, and lowers manufacturing cost. SOLUTION: In the waterproofing structure of the operation button, a touch surface 3a passes through a button hole 1a provided on an operation panel 1 from a back side of the operation panel 1 so as to support the operation button 3 on the back side of the operation panel 1. A packing 2 is provided in an inner circumference of the button hole 1a so as to seal a gap between the button hole 1a and the operation button 3 while allowing a pressing operation of the operation button 3. The packing 2 is provided integrally with a cushion 2c contacting a switch 5 that is turned on or off by pressing the operation button 3. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
