PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To measure the fatigue characteristics of a ferroelectric substance at high speed without forming a repeating voltage waveform generating source in a test piece forming a ferroelectric substance, in a fatigue characteristics measuring device of a ferroelectric substance to be used when a ferroelectric substance used as a storage medium of a ferroelectric memory is evaluated.
