DISK PLAYER

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disk player not requiring encoding when sound data read from a disk is recorded in a semiconductor memory. SOLUTION: The disk player reads sound data from the disk where non-compressed sound data and compressed sound data to a sound source similar to non-compressed sound data are recorded and reproduces or transfers them to a semiconductor memory. The player is provided with a means reading only compressed sound data from the disk and transferring it to the semiconductor memory in a transfer mode and a means reading only non-compressed sound data from the disk and reproducing and outputting it in a reproduction mode.
