PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a status list table without clerical error or input error by extracting status information based on the model and status number of peripheral equipment. SOLUTION: When forming the status list table T1, item information can be automatically reflected to the status list table T1 by using model tables T2 and T3 which are preliminarily formed and stored.
