PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a glass block panel and an expansion material therefor, which can enhance waterproofness and into which a waterproof material for forming a waterproof layer can be easily infilled. SOLUTION: This glass block panel 60 is composed of a plurality of building glass blocks G and mortar joints 13 which are provided among the glass blocks G and G, and expansion joints 51 are longitudinally arranged among some of the glass blocks G and G. Characteristically, the expansion joint 51 comprises the expansion material 52 in which a wedge-shaped part 57b is provided throughout the length of an end surface, and the waterproof layer 54 which is brought into contact with the wedge-shaped part 57b.
