PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a laminated film which can retain antistatic properties and by which articles to be packed can be filled in without adhering powder or the like on a packaging material, when the laminated film is used as the packaging material or for filling and packaging the contents. SOLUTION: An adhesive primer (A) composed of a crosslinking copolymer having at least a carboxy group and a quaternary ammonium base on a side chain, is applied at least on one side of a thermoplastic resin film (B), on which an adhesive agent (C) is applied and dried. Then, the adhesive primer (A), in a water-soaked condition, is bonded with another thermoplastic resin film (D) to be laminated. The laminated film, thus obtained, is aged in a highly humid environment. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
