摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and device for manufacturing a heat exchanger which has a pipe structure in one continuous stroke style, with pipe joints minimized, and which has a great latitude of design while ensuring heat exchange performance. SOLUTION: The method consists of a process for forming a fin block section in which, with fins penetratingly fixed in a pipe for flowing a coolant, intervals between the fins are narrowed, and for forming a pipe bending section in which intervals between the fins are made wider than in the fin block section; a process for installing a bending die which determines the bending shape of the pipe to be arranged at both ends in the pipe bending section, for installing a clamping die which is arranged in a position opposite from the bending die with a pipe held in-between, and for installing a rotary member which is disposed between the bending die arranged at both ends of the pipe bending section and the clamping die and which rotates in contact with the mutual surface when the pipe is bent; and a process for bending the pipe by applying a force to the clamping die.
