PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibrating tip end tool for an ultrasonic wave diffusion apparatus which can provide an innovative joining part, which does not depend upon conventional mechanical properties of brazing, of zirconia and titanium by a powder sintering technique, e.g. electric discharge plasma sintering method and to provide a method for producing the tool. SOLUTION: The vibrating tip end tool 35 for an ultrasonic wave diffusion apparatus is joined to an electric horn of the ultrasonic wave diffusion apparatus and comprises a mechanical processing part 29 made of a stainless steel, a joining part 31 of a graded member containing a stainless steel and a ceramic, and a tip end part 33 made of a ceramic in this order from the horn side. The joining part 31 is composed of a first layer in which the ratio of the stainless steel is higher than that of the ceramic, a second layer in which the ratio of the stainless steel and the ceramic are almost same, and a third layer in which the ratio of the stainless steel is lower than that of the ceramic in this order from the mechanical processing part 29 side.
