PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a position measuring system with voice guide enabling one-man finishing stake by a finishing-stake man. SOLUTION: This position measuring system used for geodetic survey is equipped with positioning information transmission devices installed on a plurality of known points having synchronized time information, and a portable or movable positioning terminal device for receiving/operating a positioning signal from the positioning information transmission devices to acquire position information. The positioning signal from at least one positioning information transmission device has standard position information at the installed known point. The positioning terminal device has a means for inputting/storing/registering beforehand a plurality of set position information necessary for the geodetic survey, a means for receiving continuously the positioning information from the plurality of positioning information transmission devices, a means for operating successively a plurality of positioning information and acquiring successively position information at the geodetic point, a means for comparing successively the acquired position information at the geodetic point with set position information, and an informing means for informing the set position, a position relation or route guide or the like by a voice or the like based on comparison of the position information.
