Method for construction vertical lath fence with improved privacy using laths with a greater depth to width ratio and fitted to horizontal supports with adjustment

A method for constructing a lath fence uses laths which have a depth greater than the width and spaced on vertical supports (2) with adjustment via profiled grooves in the rear of the laths to fit onto the supports. The front face of the laths can be contoured to present an outer plastic shape. The laths an be made of any suitable material, e.g. wood, plastic, metal or combinations of materials, and are clamped to the horizontal supports enabling the spacing to be adjusted as selected. The deeper profile laths present only fleeting visibility to passing persons.
