摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the degradation of an antifreeze solution to cool a fuel cell body and the radiation load on a radiator. <P>SOLUTION: A heat exchanger 9 is heated with combustion gas of a hydrogen combustor 8 with a valve A in A1A3 communication, a valve B in B1B3 communication, C1 of a valve C open, and a valve D closed. The antifreeze solution heated by the heat exchanger 9 is circulated by an antifreeze circulation pump 12 and raises the temperature of a fuel cell stack 4 up to an operable condition or a high operation efficiency condition. Air is introduced from an air compressor 1 to the heat exchanger 9 with the valve C in C1C3 communication and the valve D open after the antifreeze solution reaches a given temperature. With this, a heat-exchange medium inside the heat exchanger 9 is interchanged from the antifreeze solution to air. The antifreeze solution in the heat exchanger 9 is evacuated to an antifreeze solution drain tank 10, and then, recovered to an antifreeze solution reservoir tank by an antifreeze solution recovering pump 11. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
