<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a utensil which can surely hold writing instruments in an easy-to-find location right in front of a user and can realize easy use and storing of the writing instruments. <P>SOLUTION: An elongated hooking rod protruded substantially horizontally from the side, a wall or the like of OA equipment or appliances is provided. On the other hand, a folded hooking tool is applied to writing instruments and is hooked on the hooking rod for holding and storing. The utilization of a space right in front of the user can rapidly use the writing instrument and can store the writing instrument in an easy and reliable manner without occupying any extra space on the desk. Pens provided with a pocket wearing clip can be used as such. Further, the hunger can also be applied to erasers, rulers, small-size scissors, seals, spectacles and the like.
