<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a cast-sheets, which can be used favorably for production of formed products of excellent decorative finish having improved wear resistance, weatherability and chemical resistance, less contents of residual solvent, no surface stickiness, exhibiting improved processability and shelf-stability. <P>SOLUTION: In the manufacturing method, the steps of firstly applying a thin layer of a cast liquid component (C) containing a thermoplastic acrylic resin (A) and solvent (S) on a substrate sheet (B), and then heating the coated substrate sheet (B) to partly or completely evaporate the solvent (S) are repeated at least two times sequentially. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
