PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data measuring device for calibration for eliminating the affect of lens distortion with respect to a camera for photographing by changing optical condition. SOLUTION: The data measuring device for calibration, for deriving calibration data of a camera 2 by using a plurality of chart photographing images photographed with the camera 2 which photographs a calibration chart 1 with marks arranged by changing optical condition, is provided with a mark extracting part 131 for extracting marks from the chart photographing images, an internal parameter calculating part 134 for calculating calculation data under the optical photographing condition from a mark position of an extracted mark, and an internal parameter function calculating part 160 for calculating the calibration data corresponding to a photographing condition that the camera 2 changes using the calibration data and a plurality of optical conditions for photographing the chart photographing images.
