摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiation detector securing a sufficient dynamic range for an amplifier for reading signals even in a case wherein charges are read at a high speed, and to provide a radiation apparatus of a simple structure at a low cost. SOLUTION: When a signal is read from pixels 100 on a specified column, first an output of an integration amplifier 107 is shifted to a negative side by an offset by supplying a third potential to a line 165 for offset adjustment by a gate driver C131 to turn off a TGT 161 for adjustment, and then a shift generated by a capacitance which a selection line 106 and a control line 163 form with a signal line 105 is offset by applying an on-voltage to a perpendicular selection line 106 for a specified column and applying a second voltage to the control line 163 at an approximately same timing. Then, a first potential is applied on the control line 163 and an off-voltage is applied to the selection line 106 at an approximately same timing, and then a fourth potential is applied to the line 165 for offset adjustment to execute read-out processing.
