PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an excellent rolling bearing capable of lowering a torque and a heating in a high speed rotational range. SOLUTION: A ball bearing 10 is disposed between inner and outer rings 11 and 12 so that a plurality of balls 13 can be circumferentially rolled through a cage 14.A plurality of parallel fine grooves 15 extending along the circumferential direction of the bearing are formed in the shoulder parts of the inner and outer rings 11 and 12.
