PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-driving delayed reproduction television set and a video set in which a delayed reproduction is performed later even when a television broadcast program planned to watch can not be watched for certain reasons, and even a part broadcasted while watching a recorded part can be watched as well. SOLUTION: In the non-driving delayed reproduction television set in which the delayed reproduction is performed later even when the television broadcast program planned to watch can not be watched for certain reasons, the television set is provided with a television main body 1, an endless recording/reproducing part 2 and a recording/reproducing control part 3.
