PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method, by which easy assembling operations, improved yields and a reduced cost can be realized. SOLUTION: An upper stage section 21a and a lower stage section 21b are formed at the circumference of a second frame 21, which is a vibrating plate support ring. For a laser beam 26, its beam strength and focal length are adjusted beforehand by experiment. A periphery section 23a of a vibrating plate 23, on which a voice coil is adhered, is placed on the lower stage section 21b of the vertically turned over second frame 21 so that the voice coil side turns to top, and is held in closed adherence. In turn, the laser beam 26 is irradiated from the top along with a plane section of the vibrating plate 23. Then, the laser beam 26 penetrates resin of the vibrating plate 23 and is absorbed by resin of the second frame to bring exoergic melting of resin there.
