PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate trouble for deciding the form and constant of a matching circuit by reducing the number of matching circuits by dramatically reducing the influence of a parasitic component and to reduce dispersion in the amount of power transmission for every integrated circuit caused by a difference in conjugate impedance matching conditions. SOLUTION: A resonance circuit 1 formed of an inductor Lex and a capacitor Cex1 resonating at an angular frequencyωof the output signal of an integrated amplifier 2 or an integrated differential amplifier is connected to the output end OUT of the integrated amplifier 2, or the output end of the positive phase side and the reverse phase side of the integrated differential amplifier. Thus, the output impedance Zo of the integrated amplifier 2 or the integrated differential amplifier is decided by only the value of a load resistor R1 connected between the output end OUT and a power source Vcc to reduce the influence of the parasitic capacity or the inductor of an amplifying element constituting the amplifier.
